  • Handle clients inquiries and order booking through emails and phone calls;
  • Provide high quality services to customers;
  • Handle the daily operation of the branches;
  • Data entry of service registration;
  • Assist with sales and marketing activities as required
  • Requirements

  • Form 6 or above with minimum 1 year’s hotline operation or customer service experience or reception working experience;
  • Customer services oriented, pleasant voice and personality;
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua preferable;
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Familiar with MS Office & Chinese word processing;
  • Mature, patient, good team player and able to work independently;
