2. The above price is inclusive of 10% service charge
3. A minimum stay for 30 consecutive nights is required
4. All hotel services and offers are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
5. The above promotion is valid for new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, privileges, or any other gift certificates. This offer is non-exchangeable for cash
6. Full pre-payment for the entire stay is required upon arrival and pre-payments are non-refundable & non-transferable
7. A cash deposit of HK$5,000 per room per visit, or by credit card authorization to hold the fund is required upon check in for incidentals in addition to room charges and tax. If the amount actually incurred during the stay exceeded the deposit paid, extra funds will be requested. For cash paying guests, a cash refund will be provided upon check-out if no incidental or damage of any hotel’s property occurs. If credit card was presented for deposit payment, the refunding process will get through credit card and the time required varies across different banks
